Find your favorite person, whether inside of the gym or out. And, get ready to Get Back On Track. It can be a family member, a friend, or, of course, an Daytona athlete. Even your non-member friend can join this one. You will team up, hold each other accountable, and kick-start your nutrition journey.
Each Challenge participant will receive (3) 30-min individual appointments with a Nutrition Coach. One prior to the start from Sept 1st -6th, at the three-week mark and at the end of the challenge.
All (3) 30-minute appointments will be done individually, not as a team.

- Receive Customized Meal Plan from our Registered Dietician based on your personal scan results. Created just for YOU.

Winning Team will be based on:
50% – InBody results + physical measurements
25% – Weekly Point Tracker sheet points
25% – Participation (scored 0-3)
Members – 2 payments $75 (prior and week 2)
Non- Members – 2 payments $115 (prior and week2)
The winning team will receive 2 baskets (1 for each teammate). Each basket will include a Lucky’s Gift Card, an Air Fryer or CrockPot, and 1 month of FREE On-Going Sweat Factory CrossFit Nutrition Coaching written by Registered Dietitian, Nicole Aucoin of Healthy Steps Nutrition. ($300.00 value)
