Our CrossFit program is designed for everyone regardless of experience..

 

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full-time mom’s, military, police officers, firefighters, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different. We’ll modify the movements and intensity to fit your abilities.

We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. There is no such thing as an overnight success.

Our brand of CrossFit is an excellent program that emphasizes the importance of mechanics, consistency, and intensity (in that order). All of our classes are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy!

New to CrossFit?

If you’re new to CrossFit and looking to get started with our group classes, you will be required to take our Foundation Course. The Course consists of five-60min Private Lessons. During these 1on1 lessons, you’ll be led through our Level Method Assessments by your coach. This will help you both evaluate where your current fitness level is at. With this knowledge, we can better help you reach your goals!

The primary emphasis of the Foundations Course is skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to get you familiar with common movements and comfortable at our facility. During the Foundations Course we focus on technique both to ensure your safety and your longterm success. We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then increase intensity. Upon completion, you’ll be armed with the knowledge of how to do the movements of class and you will have a blueprint for success having done your initial Level Method assessments.

 

$250 includes your first month of unlimited group classes and 3 to 5 private sessions.
