Rachel hits the Daytona Fit class 3 times a week with the encouragement of her husband who does Crossfit with CFD. She was really hesitant at first but was overwhelmed at the welcoming atmosphere. “The people in the class are always encouraging and the courages make sure to keep me safe”. After a  few weeks of classes, she decided to put more emphasis on her nutrition. You can see the results and she is still going.
