Our classes offered at CrossFit Daytona are:

Group CrossFit

At CrossFit Daytona, one or more trainers conduct and guide each class. Every class performs the WOD together, and the trainers give individual attention to each athlete. A trainer will lead the warm-up, refresh everyone on proper movements and standards, coach each athlete for proper range of motion and safety, and encourage each athlete during the WOD. The trainers will help you determine whether you need to scale the WOD based on your ability, any injuries and other factors.

Daytona Fit

These are a mix of Bootcamp and CrossFit movements. We leave out the difficult barbell lifts like the Clean, Jerk and Snatch.

CFD University: Foundations Class

To get started in CrossFit, you may need to complete three Foundations Classes. These are not needed for Daytona Fit classes. Your coach will talk to you about how many you will need. Coached by a CrossFit Daytona trainer and delivered in either one on one or small group sessions, these classes are designed to get you to your first group class with the knowledge you need to be successful. You will follow the same structure as a regular class WOD ‒ covering a specific set of skills and then completing the workout of the day (WOD).
